Privacy

This notice explains how Fleetable handles personal data for its website and lead handling. Lead data is held first-party in our own systems and is never sold or sent to a third-party form processor.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit: name, work email, company, phone, and what you tell us about your routes.
- Route estimates you price: areas or postcode districts and route metrics — not full street addresses.
- Basic attribution (source and campaign) and, with consent, analytics about how the site is used.
Lawful basis
Legitimate interest for handling business-to-business enquiries, and your explicit consent for any marketing messages. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who processes it
We use Supabase (database), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting) and Sentry (error monitoring, with personal data scrubbed).
For particular features we also use Mapbox (address search on the route estimator, and the coverage map). Contacted only if you turn address search on, or ask for the coverage map. What you type into an address field is sent to Mapbox to find matches; we store only the area or postcode district, never a full street address. Mapbox is based in the US and relies on Standard Contractual Clauses.
With your consent we load Google Analytics 4 and PostHog for analytics. Provided by Google, which may process the data outside the UK under the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or under Standard Contractual Clauses where that does not apply. We set the tag to anonymise IP addresses. Hosted in the EU. Replays mask every form field and all on-screen text, so we never record what you type or what you are shown. Any onward transfer to its US parent relies on Standard Contractual Clauses.
We run no advertising tags. If that changes, this page and the cookie policy list them before any of them loads, and they stay behind consent.
Retention
We keep an enquiry for 24 months from the day it reaches us. After that it is anonymised automatically: the name, email, phone number, company, message and campaign data are destroyed, and what remains is a record that an enquiry of that type existed.
Where you become a customer we keep the record for 7 years after our last dealings with you, then it is anonymised by the same automatic process. Analytics and session-replay data are kept for a limited period, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or erasure, and object to processing. Contact us at muhamed@producenetwork.co.uk and we will act within one month.
On an erasure request we destroy your contact details and keep the fact that the enquiry existed, along with a record that you asked us to stop and the date we acted. That remainder identifies nobody, and it is what prevents a later form submission from putting you back on the list. See also our cookie policy and the terms of service.
