Fleetable moves food across London on contracted routes and runs them with vetted operators rather than an owned fleet. If you run a van and want regular, repeating work with a route quoted before you accept it, register your vehicles below. Dispatch comes back within one working day.

What we ask for

  • Goods-in-transit and public liability cover

    Both in your own name, current, and produced before the first route. The level we need depends on what the contract carries, and we tell you the figure for a route before you accept it.

  • The right vehicle, clean and food-safe

    Load space that can be washed down, and no shared load with anything that is not food. Chilled work needs a working temperature-controlled unit and a way to show the temperature it held.

  • Compliance you can evidence

    Licence, insurance and — where the route needs it — food-handling and hygiene training. We ask for the paperwork the specific contract requires rather than a blanket list, because a dedicated ambient route and a chilled multi-drop are not the same job.

  • Turn up, on the window

    Routes are judged on on-time-in-full. Arriving inside the delivery window and recording the drop is the whole standard, and it is what decides whether more work follows.

How a route is offered

  1. You register your vehicles and where you are based.
  2. Dispatch comes back within one working day with what is available near you, or tells you there is nothing that fits yet.
  3. We ask for the insurance and compliance paperwork the specific route needs, and check it.
  4. The route is quoted — the whole figure, before you accept — and you run it in parallel with your existing work.

Common questions

What kind of work is it?
Contracted food delivery in London — dedicated routes, scheduled multi-drop rounds and retained standby, mostly on repeating weekly patterns. It is not parcel work and it is not gig work: the routes are the same each week, for a client who has signed a contract.
Do I need to be on Courier Exchange?
It is how most work is allocated, so it helps, and there is a field for your member reference on the form. It is not a hard requirement — tell us either way and we will say what is available.
How much does it pay?
Per route, quoted before you accept, with the mileage and any waiting time in the figure. There is no rate card published here because the rate follows the contract the route belongs to, and quoting an average would be a number nobody could hold us to.
What happens after I register?
The dispatch team comes back within one working day. If there is work that fits your vehicles and your base we ask for your insurance and compliance paperwork, and the route is offered once that checks out.
Do you check what I put on this form?
Yes, before any work is offered — not at the point you submit it. What you enter is recorded as declared, and certificates are verified separately. Nothing you type here counts as having been checked.
