fleetable

Test us on your own routes first. Move nothing until it works.

Fleetable proves the service on one of your routes first. Tell us your routes; we price them per mile with every cost shown; we run one in parallel with your current provider, one main driver and one backup; you judge it on your own traffic; then you go live. Fleetable owns no vans, so you pay for delivery, not idle vans — switch nothing until it works.

The steps

Five steps, no switch

  1. 01

    Tell us your routes

Where, when, how often. Day one.

  2. 02

    We price them

Per mile, every cost shown. Day one.

  3. 03

    We run one route

In parallel with your current provider — one main driver, one backup. Week one.

  4. 04

    You judge it

On your own traffic, on your own sites. Week one to two.

  5. 05

    You go live

In before service, tracked to each site, a backup on standby. Ongoing.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What do you need from us to start?
Your routes — the addresses, the times and the vehicle you use now. We price them per mile and come back with a route-cost breakdown within one working day.
What happens to our current provider during the trial?
Nothing. The proving route runs in parallel with them, on your own traffic, so there is no gap to cover if you decide not to go ahead.
What if a driver does not show?
Every route has a backup driver. The backup steps in, so a sick day never leaves a site short — handled live by Fleetable.
How is it priced?
Per mile, with every cost shown — mileage, loading, return leg, surcharges. A typical dedicated London route runs around £95 ex VAT — illustrative, confirmed on your own routes.
Do you own a fleet?
No. Fleetable owns no vans. You pay for delivery, not idle vans — set drivers for your routes, with a backup on each, on a per-mile rate.
